At Jandel Ltd, we are committed to delivering exceptional services and products across our areas of operation, including event management, event design, event logistics, floristry, lighting installations, decorations, rentals, and related services. Due to the customized, time-sensitive, and perishable nature of many of our offerings, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions governing cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Goods supplied, delivered, installed, customized, or used by Jandel Ltd are generally not returnable.

Where cancellation is requested before work, procurement, production, or planning activities have commenced, Jandel Ltd may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund less any administrative, procurement, or transaction costs already incurred.

If a client receives goods that are materially damaged upon delivery or significantly different from what was agreed, the matter must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
